RLidea Form
Pick a form, fill in the blanks, download it as HWP, Word or PDF.
What it takes off your hands
Plenty of places in Korea ask for a .hwp, and making one means owning Hancom Office. Buying the software for a single document you have to hand in once is too much.
And the form gets filled in from scratch every time — what goes in which field, how the boxes line up, all of it becomes work again.
So filling in the blanks is all that is left; the document is assembled from them. The forms are held as data rather than as template files, which is why new ones can be added without a copy of Hancom Office either.
What it can do
Three forms
A résumé, a cover letter and a resignation notice, each with a note on what belongs in which field.
The same content, a different shape
The résumé comes plain or with a photo, the cover letter in sections or as prose, the resignation notice plain, as an official memo, or without the table.
Three formats to download
HWP, Word (.docx) and PDF, all from the same input. Going through the browser print dialog gives you a PDF whose text is still selectable.
See the document first
The sample on the front page is not a mockup — the same engine actually made it.
How it goes
- Pick a form.
- Fill in the blanks. While you type, what you write stays inside this browser.
- Download it as HWP, Word or PDF.
Where what you typed goes
Nowhere. The document is assembled in the browser too, so what you wrote and any photo you added are never sent to a server. We cannot know what you filled in.
Honest limits
- The PDF keeps exactly the layout of the HWP file by freezing the rendered page, which costs you selectable text. When you need text that can be selected, use the print button instead.
- Word re-flows the document itself, so line breaks in the .docx can differ slightly from the HWP file.
- There are three forms so far, and both the documents and the guidance are in Korean.
Common questions
- Do I need Hancom Office?
- No. The .hwp file is made without it, and it opens in Hancom Office as it is.
- Can I add a photo?
- Yes, on the résumé layout that carries one. The photo does not leave your browser either.
- The form I need is not there.
- Write to us. Because the forms are held as data, adding one is not a heavy job.
- Does it cost anything?
- It is free. No payment, no account.
